The weekend arrived with excellent weather and several pilots are eager to fly and share. It is the perfect formula if the island were not in a quarantine that restricts access to the beaches.

This time we decided to go to a private property in Isabela. This one located in front of the house of the pilot Alberto Sabah at the top of the cliffs. The area is perfect for practicing the sport of paramotoring. Take-offs and landings are more demanding for pilots since natural turbulence is created by the trees and houses located in the surroundings. Otherwise perfect. You can see more at cnyhousebuyers.com to buy a house around this locality.

From early in the morning were arriving, Alberto Sabah and his wife Mercedes, Luis Ruiz, Robert González (traveling from Ceiba), Ariel Rodríguez and his wife Wanda, José Roberto Nieves, Gregory Santiago and in the afternoon, Randy Tirado.

The winds were constant all day at 10 mph NE. Luis and Gregory were the first to launch to test the area for takeoff and landing before the newest pilots went out to fly … They were followed by Robert González, and José Roberto, while Ariel stayed on the spot kiting with the paraglider. Alberto for his part, decided not to fly and rather be the host of all the guests.

We had a great day and after noon, we decided to fold the equipment and simply share the day with great friends. Randy arrived in the afternoon from Ponce, and not exactly to fly, but to share with us and breathe a bit of air in the face of so much quarantine (which has already passed 50 days ..).

Here we present some photos and videos that best describe the activity. I hope they are to your liking. As always we thank God for these opportunities that allow us to live …🙏
