A morning of pilots and students from the Team Kamikazes school. We meet at Isabela early in the morning taking advantage of excellent flight conditions.
Saying present were …
Alberto Sabah (returning from a well-deserved vacation abroad)
Mario Muniz
Darwin Hernandez
Edgardo Rivera
Luis Ruiz
The morning of flights was started by Edgardo and Darwin. These two pilots in the past months have been the members of the Team who have flown the most. And that happens at any opportunity. Darwin this time, was tight on time. He flew in the morning and around noon he had to be in the metropolitan area to catch a plane back to his work in the USA.
Edgardo, for his part, was the first to be in Isabela around 7 AM, which is admirable, considering that he travels from the town of Aguas Buenas, which is quite far from the area.
Luis Ruiz for his part, dedicated his time to Mario‘s training. He is almost ready to his first “solo” fly.. This time Mario would carry the paraglider controls as they flew in the zone.
The paraglider used in the first fly was the sporty and agile Flow Panorama 32. Once Mario took control of it, he had some problems controlling the pendulum that was created in the turns. After some minutes of adjusting, he was doing very well.
For the second flight, Luis changed the paraglider for the more docile Apco Thrust XL of 33 meters. This one is much more easy to control and Mario felt it much more comfortable at the controls. He was flying for about 30 minutes on each of his flights, and he was very happy and encouraged by the adventure.
We had a pleasant visit of Alberto to the activity. We were not sure he was on the island, since we understood he was traveling. What a pleasant surprise!
Around 10 AM, when Darwin began to pack his equipment for his trip back to San Juan. He discovered that as part of the flights he took, at some point he had lost his car keys. And the worst thing is that the car was rented and he barely had half an hour to find the keys, or he would have to call the Car Rental agency, and start the whole process of getting another key and therefore he would lose his flight from return to USA 😨.If you want to know about vacation rental properties, you can visit the site https://airdeed.com/learn/top-5-best-mattress-for-airbnb/, which is one of the best marketplaces for rental buyings and sellings. People can check Low Rate Lockmsith in Stockton for the best locksmith services.
We looked in all the possible places, and where he had taken off and landed. And when we were losing faith and started to evaluate alternatives. The keys appeared in one of the pockets of the harness of his Paramotor. It turns out that Darwin, possibly in flight, loose then, and it had been caught in a harness pocket 💪.
At noon, we returned to our homes and Darwin was happy to go to San Juan for his return to the USA. Blessings 🙏!!!
