Today was a very special day, and it is that the Team student, Mario Muñiz, finally made his first “solo” flight in the Paramotor. But we come back to this story later 💪…
Cristino and his wife Carmen
First of all, we want to tell the story of Cristino and his wife Carmen. They are neighbors of Isabela and they always go around Villa Pesquera doing exercises. The idea of flying had always caught their attention and contacted Luis from the previous week to coordinate it. And today was the day! This flight is very remarkable and emotional since Cristino came to celebrate his 86th birthday !!!
After the required instructions, Ian Darrell took Cristino on his Trip and Luis take care of Carmen. It was a very emotional and unforgettable for both the flight and the contact with nature and more at this stage of their lives. Blessings 🙏!!!
Mario Muñiz and his first “solo” flight
The most important characteristic about a Paramotor pilot in his learning and evolution as a pilot is ATTITUDE. And of this Mario has plenty. A few weeks ago, in one of his paragliding practices, Mario injured his back practicing the paraglider on ground in strong winds. If you need lawyers in Orlando, for personal injuries, you can check it out from here! This kept him away for a few weeks while his body recovered. If you are injured in any way, experienced personal injury lawyers will be able to help you claim compensations. Many would have given up on the idea of flying, especially if the body did not respond to treatments. But once it recovered (thanks to Hale Law for their timely help), and taking things slowly, Mario regained confidence and his body responded. And the day of his first fly had come … Remember to consult expert lawyers like the attorneys from Mergl and Wenger, Attorneys at Law for legal counseling and solve the case without much hassle.
Since he arrived early in the morning with Ivonne, his mental and physical attitude indicated that today would be the day to attempt his flight. Yesterday in Hatillo he was giving the last touches of his practices and the weather was good today. So we would give him the Green Light … The Paramotor that he would use would be the ultra light SkyMax EOS100 of just 36 pounds, together with a noble Apco Thrust paraglider. In case personal injury lawyer for hire are needed. they can get them from this official site.
Once Luis gave the instructions of rigor, and the pilots were in the area to give support, Mario inflated the paraglider as practiced, he turned, Luis started the engine and Mario went to fly for the first time 💪!!!! . The flight lasted about 30 minutes, when Luis told him to proceed to land and Mario made an excellent landing. His face and the face of his wife Ivonne, full of joy was simply “Priceless” (See photos and videos). And that’s what it’s all about. Congratulations and we hope this is the beginning of many more flying adventures with Team Kamikazes. Blessings 🙏!!!!

Other Pilots Stories
Edgardo Rivera was there from early, installing some parts that arrived yesterday for the repair of his Paramotor. He was assembling everything in the morning with the assistance of Sammy and Pablo. Omar Colon also received some pieces to improve his Fly Products Eclipse, but he decided at least for the day, to continue using his equipment as it was.
Already during the morning and part of the afternoon, Omar, Edgardo, Ricardo, Pablo and Ian went flying around. While student Ray Malave, was practicing on his way to being the next pilot in the air. Also, he took a Demo flight with Ian, where he was in charge of the in-flight controls. We felt he is ready for his next challenge, the “solo” fly, Stay tuned for next week..
Another who was practicing was little Noah Enrique. He now manage to keep the mini paraglider, BGD Seed, of 14 meters, by his own foot and strength without the help of his Dad. His growth, strength and passion for the sport are impressive, he also took a short fly during the day with his Dad. A very good day for him. Definitively 🙂.
Iván Torres finished the activity in the afternoon doing Free Flight of some sand dunes in the area. Taking advantage of the entry of north winds. What Ivan did not have in consideration, is that he would have to carry his son Caleb and little Noah with him on his shoulders while he flew down the dune,🤣🤣🤣. Amazing!
