We went in the morning hours to make a morning flight in the Lajas Valley. The daughter of our pilot friend Edgardo Rivera, Crystal, is returning to the USA tomorrow and today we were going to have the opportunity to fly with her in the Lajas Valley.
For this, saying present from very early on were Edgardo, his daughter Crystal, and mother Eva. Also the pilots Darwin Hernández, David Garber and Luis Ruiz.
The weather, as expected, was very good in the morning, with the traditional Cero wind conditions. But the clouds indicate that it could damage as early as 8:30 AM, so you had to hurry 🙄.
After the preparations with the Trike and with the help and assistance of Edgardo, Luis Ruiz Take Off with Crystal. They were accompanied in fly by Darwin and David in the surroundings. Edgardo, this time preferred not to fly to be aware of his daughter.
Both pilots, Darwin and David had unexpected situations on their flights. Darwin had unexpected problems on his takeoff, although he obviously managed to get out eventually 💪.
In David‘s case, he ran out of gas which caused him to land on a place with some walking distance distance from car access. He had to do a half-mile walk with the Paramotor on his back, where he meet with Edgardo that went to the rescue with gasoline. And David Take Off again…💪
Luis Ruiz also made the flight experience to Eva, Crystal’s mother, before ending the activities at 8:30 AM when the winds and turbulence took over the Valley.
