Sunday, October 02, 2022 – Back to Isabela (and away of the mosquitoes…)

After our “difficult” day yesterday in Ponce, we return again to Villa Pesquera, Isabela. This time we find ideal conditions to fly. So much so that there was no wind, which made takeoff difficult for some pilots accustomed to greater intensity of winds 😊.

Pilots and family Kamikazes Present…

Luis Ruiz, his wife Jessica and son Noah Enrique
Edgardo Rivera and his wife Wilnelia
Ricardo Gonzalez and his wife Ermelinda
Sammy Badillo
Danis Rodriguez

Luis Ruiz was in charge of two Demo flights, one in the morning to Ivelisse López, a native of the Manati, and in the afternoon to Lorena, who traveled with her family from Juana Diaz.

While Danis and Edgardo prepared themselves with full tanks of gasoline and flew off in cross country, covering the towns of Quebradillas, Camuy, Hatillo and Arecibo, before flying back to Isabela. Here we present a short video of Edgardo, while flying with Danis en route to Arecibo.

While Sammy and Ricardo stayed flying around Isabela. The mastery with which all the pilots managed to get out in low intensity winds was remarkable.
