Monday, April 10, 2023 – Isabela…
This day had excellent flight conditions. So much so, that some members of Team Kamikazes met in the afternoon in Isabela to fly. Light winds were coming from the North at 5 to 8 mph intensity.
Presents were the pilots Alberto Sabah, Mario Muñiz, Sammy Badillo, Paul Whitmore and Luis Ruiz accompanied by their son Noah Enrique. From the beginning, Paul, Alberto and Sammy flew as they pleased. In fact, at one point, Sammy went flying using a large glider, Luis’s BGD Wasp and was enjoying a very smooth flight and barely needing the power of his paramotor to continue flying. He goes all the to Guajataca back and forth.
Luis took advantage of the conditions and went for a fly with his son Noah.
While Mario, this time could not fly due to a failed attempt to take off. In the process to Take Off he hurt the lines of his paraglider with the propeller of the paramotor. Then, he decided to stay on ground assisting the other pilots in their takeoffs.
It was a very pleasant afternoon of flights. Thank God !!!

The ideal conditions for flying continued. This time, without much planning, Luis Ruiz went to fly to Pico de Piedra Beach in Aguada. The wind was entering at about 7 mph. Luis was flying the coast from Aguada to Rincón.
Before landing, Luis managed to take a “Live” video of the Rincón coast to the Pico de Piedra Beach showing the constructions in the area.

The ideal flight conditions continue, and this time we returned to Villa Pesquera Isabela. Luis Ruiz was accompanied by Alberto Sabah. And both were flying and briefly landed on Jobos Beach in Isabela. There they circled the area, before flying back to Villa Pesquera.
After this, a tourist named Miriam, a native of Quebradillas, but living in the USA. She wanted to live the flight experience, and went up with Luis, to enjoy the beautiful sunset on the north coast of the island.
All these days were simply great. Thanks God!!!
