We returned to Parque del Norte Hatillo. Excellent weather in the morning becoming windy in the afternoon. And today we had the famous Alcapurrias prepared for everyone present by Pablo and Millie!!!

The morning…
Starting the morning, we had little Noah Enrique giving Brenda the training with the paraglider. While this was happening, Pablo went for an early fly and Ian dedicated himself to carrying out mostly all of the Demo Flights for people who arrived to Live their flight experiences. Everyone of then, enjoy the experience to the fullest!
Very notable was the arrival of Alberto Sabah and Mario Muñiz who arrived flying all the way from Isabela. The wind for then was stronger than expected, so their Cross Trip was slow and sometimes with some turbulence. At the end, Both were happy with the feat accomplished.
Also, today Wilkins made his second flight of his young career as a pilot. This time using his own equipment for the first time, a ParaJet Maverick and an Apco Thrust V paraglider. He was flying for around 30 minutes and reached at least 800 ft above the coast of the town of Camuy.
While all this was happening on the field, Ricky was waiting for Sammy to arrive and deliver some flight equipment to him. But Sammy, despite indicating in a private Chat that he was on his way, did not arrive, and the hours keep passing by. That created a lot of anxiety in Ricky…
The Afternoon… Now with a strong wind, no flights, but having a great Time!!!
Pablo Cruz and his wife Millie, were in charge of the alcapurriada and that everyone taste and enjoy then… Alberto was also aware and pending that the alcapurrias had all the necessary ingredients…
Finally Sammy arrived by 1:15 PM, everyone was happy to see him, and mostly Ricky…
It was nice to see Edgardo and Wilnelia back in our activities, and to see Edgardo recovering well from leg surgery. They brought with them their little parrot Darwin Jr., which was the sensation of all.
Others that were presents were Rafa Guerrero, Robert Rodriguez and Hermes Ferrer with their families. Due to his multiple professional commitments they had not been able to share with us in the past months. In the case of Rafa, he arrived ready to fly, and show great skills flying in heavy winds.
We need to mention José Luis, who despite having work commitments on Saturdays, always arrives early to share with the Team and this time he also left a portable fridge well stocked with snacks!!! Thank you very much!!!
Noah’s birthday…
The activity was used to celebrate Noah‘s birthday, since in the past weeks we had not been able to meet to celebrate and this time his mother Jessica and the girls from the Team had everything prepared for the celebration.
By 3 PM the weather conditions deteriorated, with rains for the entire island, and Hatillo was one of the few places where it had not rained. Sammy repaired at the last minute the windshields of his pickup, under the supervision of Hermes, Mario and Alberto.
We had a great time. And we thank God for this opportunities that he bring to us, also Thanks to Pablo and Millie for their details with the alcapurrias and to all who were present and made this a special and memorable day.
