We continue Tom Myers’ intensive training, and with this come stories, not only of Tom’s progress, but of Team Kamikazes in general. And these two days were an example of what was mentioned…

Tom Myers on this occasion visited Instructor Luis Ruiz at his house. The morning’s task was to work on Tom’s Paramotor, a state-of-the-art Parajet Maverick Moster. We were assembling it, and giving the engine the Break In. Also clarifying any questions that may arise regarding the maintenance, care and gasoline mixtures that the Paramotor carries.
In the afternoon, with winds entering predominantly from the South. Luis took Tom and little Noah Enrique to practice at “Rompe Olas” Beach in Aguadilla. This was the best place to practice and we took advantage of the afternoon to continue honing Tom’s skills.

The activities moved to Villa Pesquera Isabela, and this time with excellent flying conditions. And not only that, but we also had a full house of pilots who accompanied us in the activity.
Present were the pilots… Fio López, Charles Riggs, Edgardo Rivera, Alberto Sabah, Darwin Hernández, Luis Ruiz, Tom Myers and Sammy Badillo.
Tom continued his training with the inflation of the paraglider, and the rest of the pilots were flying as they pleased. Among the notable events of the day was the special cross-country flight carried out by Darwin and Edgardo, who flew at low altitude and quite far from the Villa Pesquera area. We include some of the videos of their adventures…
On the other hand, there was Fio López, who made his 4th flight in his young career as a pilot. And this time the usually reliable SkyMax EOS100 paramotor went out in mid-flight and Fio had to apply his knowledge for a safe landing. Here we leave some videos of the adventure.
