We received the visit of international Paramotor pilot, Dan Bushman, and his family from Iowa, USA. He will be flying with us for a week, and this is the first day of his adventures with Team Kamikazes Paramotor Puerto Rico. The weather was excellent, so we had to take advantage of it.
Dan has good flying ability in low wind conditions, as he normally fly in his home state of Iowa, USA. But Puerto Rico normally has stronger wind conditions, so Dan, apart from coming to fly, also came to polish his skills as a PPG pilot, now in our tropical weather.
The morning at Isabela started with a wind intensity of 10 mph, and eventually settling at about 15 mph with some gusts of 18 mph. Luis Ruiz was collaborating with Dan’s reverse training technique and then they eventually start flying around the area. Dan will be using this week a robust Paramotor SkyMax Star Moster, together with his Dudek Paraglider.
In the afternoon we finished our first day session, although we know that the pilots Alberto Sabah and Jomar Crespo also arrived to fly late in the day.
