The morning, soft winds…
The weather, just like yesterday, was perfect. Very light winds of 2 to 5 mph were the norm all morning. Our friends from Kentucky were choosing the Paramotors they were going to use during their week in Puerto Rico. They had brought their paragliders and helmets. So, the paramotor layout looked like this… Chris Crystal and Richard Turner would go with Fly Products Eclipse, Chris “Benjo” Barnett would be with a SkyMax Pulsar II, Mitch would be using a Parajet Maverick and Dan Bushman would go with a SkyMax Star.
After the briefing for the flights with Luis Ruiz, All of them took advantage of the light wind conditions to go flying along the entire coast of Isabela. They all Take Off using the “Front Launch” method, to which they are accustomed…
New friends arrives from different places to Live their flight experiences…
Luis and Edgardo made several Demo flights previously coordinated for the day. Also, a few more for people who saw the activities and were encouraged to live the experience. Here we share some videos of our new friends and this included our friend David Laboy on his birthday, visiting the air, this time by himself instead of his drone…
The Pilots and their adventures…
We must start mention that, thank to Wilkins, Brenda, Pablo, Millie and Pedro there were food for everyone present. Details from a great family of pilots that we are. Thanks to everyone for the details.
About the wind, it gradually increase in intensity during the day, and there were perfect conditions for every pilot and student. David Laboy, used his Drone to take some photos and videos from different pilots that we share here. Thanks!!!
Alberto Sabah and his wife Mercedes…
At one point, the pilot Alberto Sabah, who is always assisting Luis Ruiz with the passengers, looks to fly with his wife Mercedes. Is a dream that they have for so long time, flying together, and today they had the chance to do it, and we go for it!!!
Dan Bushman, arrived in the afternoon. and by that time the wind pick up to 15 to 18 mph. Using the Reverse method for Take Off was a must. Some of the pilots kept practicing on ground with their gliders.
