The Adventures…
The high winds does not prevent skilled pilots from flying with correct equipment to fly. The weather was tested by Luis Ruiz early in the morning.
Carlos, a native of Isabela, arrived early with the intention of know more about the sport. We have a possible new student here. He put a Paramotor on his back and was discovering the power of one of these paramotors. Stay tuned for possible Training of Carlos…
At some point in the morning, the student Miguel Orona continued with his paragliding practices. He is getting closer to attempting his first solo flight.
In the meantime, others pilots continued to arrive. And eventually, Fio, David, Sammy and Edgardo made their flights.
For Fio and David, was a challenge to get out in these windy conditions, but Sammy and Edgardo had it comfortable as they had more flying experience.
Among the stories worth mentioning, we have that David Silva had given some socks to Fio López, from the Bacardi company where he works, and they had a designer cut. Well, Fio put them on and was taking a great video with the socks as the main character…
At one point the student Efrain arrived with his sons, Orlando and Enrique (with his wife Isis) and they began to practice with the 14-meter BGD Seed training paragliders. They get together with Miguel and among the three students, they began to exchange the paraglider and make short flights using the Towing method. It was so much fun watching them fight the wind and perform their flights. Surely all three will be great pilots in the future.
In the afternoon Pedro arrived with his daughter Camila, this time he was out for a walk, but he was still taking photos and videos of the activity. For his part, Edgardo took out Luis‘s new ultra-fast paraglider, the 18-meter Sky Z-Blade. Achieving impressive speeds.
At sunset with a constant wind at 22 mph+ that never gets down, we finished the activity.
