Saturday, October 05, 2024 – Flights in Villa Pesquera Isabela…
Today was a day where several of the members of Team Kamikazes reported sick or had situations due to which they could not get to the activity. Then, Luis Ruiz and his little son Noah Enrique, met in the morning with Sammy Badillo, Ricardo González his wife Ermelinda, and with the pilot/student Miguel Orona.
The wind was coming in gently from the North at about 5 mph, ideal for flying, but a challenge for novice pilots to take off. Luis Ruiz was flying with his little Noah, accompanied by Sammy, and also by Ricky who managed to take off with his fast 20-meter BGD Luna 2 paraglider. On this occasion Miguel couldn’t go out, but he was working hard on practice for future days.
Sunday, October 6, 2024 – AM Flight Day, and then “Baby Shower” in the afternoon…
Once again ideal conditions for flying, and in the morning Luis Ruiz was giving instruction to the students Miguel Orona and Sherly Hernández, who as part of her training went out to fly with Luis.
Meanwhile, pilots Sammy Badillo and Mario Muñiz joined Luis Ruiz along the entire coast. Later Edgardo Rivera joined them.
Also present were Harry Dávila, who bought a SkyMax Moster MY22 paramotor, and a modern Flow Cosmos Power 22 meter paraglider. Also present was Pin Pin Castillo, who came to pick up a battery to start his Paramotor.

Luis Ruiz was also giving an introductory flight to the sport to Emanuel and his wife Marined. Emanuel is seriously considering starting training, we will let you know. Here we leave a short video of their adventures.

The “Baby Shower”…
In the afternoon, we met at the Vista Verde Community Center in Aguadilla, to celebrate the “Baby Shower” of the future daughter of the pilot and friend Hermes Ferrer and his wife Neysha, her name will be Mia Victoria. Several members of Team Kamikazes were present, the Mia Victoria’s Godparents are Edgardo and his wife Wilnelia.
